For universities

We are happy to collaborate with universities and colleges. They can contact us directly. We rent rooms on a long-term and short-term basis (minimum of 2 months). We currently have a waiting list.

We support the students in collaboration with the student services. This allows students to quickly find a point of contact and focus fully on their internship or studies. We also regularly organise social activities to help students expand their social network. We also want to introduce them to Belgian culture.

There are various forms of collaboration with the schools:

• They rent a room for a longer period and fill the room themselves during this period. Of course, these must be students from the partner countries. When there is a changeover, we ask for a week to get the room back in order (cleaning, repairs if necessary, and bed linen). The rent continues to be paid during this period. The university or college is guaranteed a room during the rental period.
• They let students contact us. We check whether we have a place available and arrange everything directly with the student.
• They contact us for the period that one student is here and we check whether there is a place available. If there is no place available, we put the student on the waiting list and contact them when a room becomes available. We arrange everything in consultation with them.

We ask students to fill in an information form and email us a study certificate or proof of enrolment.

We ask for a 1-month rental deposit to secure the room. This is to avoid people booking without any commitment and then not showing up.

Students can register their residence at the address. We ask them to deregister when they leave.
