- Data subject = the client / customer or any other individuals who fill in the contact form on the website or who surf the website https://itbsantwerpen.be.
- Data controller = ITBS Antwerp.
- Data processor = all companies that ITBS Antwerp is working with and that can come into contact with the personal data of the data subject.
2. Processing of personal data
A contact form can be filled in on the website. Following data that we collect through this channel are being processed by us:

- Company name
- Address information

If you conclude an agreement with us, ITBS Antwerp can gain knowledge of the personal data of the client’s customers, his staff, suppliers and appointees (non-exhaustive list).
In the context of looking after the assignments that are allocated to ITBS Antwerp by the clients, it is not excluded that ITBS Antwerp obtains knowledge of sensitive personal data that can be processed by ITBS Antwerp:

If you entrust assignments to ITBS Antwerp, you agree that ITBS Antwerp can obtain knowledge of all personal data with which it comes into contact during the execution of its assignments.
